Great spa and service, polite, trained, professional personnel, I would definitely use it again and recommend to anyone who after a great short spa break.
Professionalism of the manicurist was not sufficient, I had to ask her to do some steps in the treatment, which she didn't do. English skills were not sufficient at the infodesk, nor the manicurist. I tried to ask both, what does the treatment include, but they couldn't explain. They did me a longer treatment for a higher price, which price I was not aware of - even when I asked. They said it included a hand massage, but it didn't. I have had hand massages before, and putting lotion onto hands during 2 minutes, is not a massage. I complained about it straight to the infodesk immediately after the treatment, but they disagreed with me and I had to pay more than I expected to pay. I told them I am not pleased, but they were not sorry.
